Position: KYC Analyst at BDC Financing
Join BDC Financing as a KYC Analyst, providing outstanding support for managing loan applications.

Your role will focus on analyzing client documentation and ensuring compliance in a hybrid work model.

As a KYC Analyst, you will deliver vital administrative and analytical support to the Financing team. This role requires effectively managing multiple loan files while collaborating closely with the Business Development Lead and Underwriter to ensure KYC compliance. Your attention to detail will be critical for reviewing, obtaining, and analyzing KYC documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end KYC processes with collaboration

• Analyze client documentation for completeness and compliance

• Manage multiple KYC files simultaneously

• Provide exceptional client service and relationship building

• Stay updated on KYC policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and French (Québec only)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
