Program Manager – Die Casting

Business Unit Manager – Die Cast

We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to lead Die cast - die build programs from kickoff through tryout and final delivery.

This role owns schedule, cost, customer interface, and execution strategy for assigned programs. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional alignment while ensuring quality, financial control, and on-time performance.

• Lead end-to-end tooling build and refurbishment programs
• Develop and manage master build schedules (Epicor)
• Establish project milestones and drive accountability
• Interface directly with customers on kickoffs, WIP, tryouts, and change management
• Support quoting of new builds and engineering changes
• Monitor budgets and proactively mitigate overruns
• Ensure compliance with customer and company standards

• Post‑secondary education in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Experience with Catia V5, NX (Unigraphics), Solid Works, MS Office
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross‑functional coordination skills
• Strong executive‑level communication capability
• Ability to travel globally
