As part of the Residential/Small Commercial sales team, you’ll blend your technical and sales expertise to deliver effective security solutions. You're expected to proactively generate leads, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and maintain a robust sales funnel through Hub Spot. Your ability to engage and educate clients will be vital in exceeding sales targets and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop daily self-generated leads using effective prospecting
• Urgently respond to company-generated leads and schedule meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients via multiple channels
• Participate in weekly sales training for skill enhancement
• Manage your CRM activities using Hub Spot effectively
Requirements:
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
• Competitive spirit with a desire to assist customers
• Background in consultative sales preferred
• Organizational skills with CRM usage
• Above-average communication abilities
