As a key player in CGIC's Retail Sales department, the Associate Insurance Advisor II supports agency operations through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. You'll leverage your expertise in personal lines insurance, advising clients on auto and home coverage, all while meeting individual sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and service for home and auto insurance

• Advise clients on optimal coverage options

• Identify additional products to meet client needs

• Complete risk assessments following underwriting guidelines

• Conduct thorough inspections and re-inspections

Requirements:

• Valid Other Than Life license is required

• One year of sales or service experience preferred

• Knowledge of auto and property insurance products

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally and maintain a valid license
