Join PRIDE Seeds as a Sales Support Specialist, delivering exceptional service to dealers and enhancing order management. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure customer satisfaction across designated areas.

In this full-time permanent role, you will support our dealers by managing orders, reviewing product availability, and coordinating shipping information. You will also maintain customer files, track product allocations, and assist with invoicing. This position requires a proactive approach to support sales and enhance dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and invoice dealer orders with precision

• Manage changes and review order status effectively

• Generate necessary shipping documents for distribution

• Communicate shipping details to dealers and customers

• Maintain dealer and direct customer files accurately

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent experience preferred

• Background in customer service or sales support

• Bilingual English/French is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
