Position: Experienced Millwright for Production Maintenance

Become a key player as a Maintenance Millwright in Tilbury, ON, maintaining industrial equipment on a 12-hour rotation. Focus on preventive maintenance and fostering a high safety culture in the workplace.
Under the guidance of the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various machinery. This role requires collaboration with Electricians, comprehensive documentation, and completion of all scheduled maintenance activities. A background in hydraulic systems and five years of maintenance experience is crucial for supporting efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair industrial machinery effectively

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties

• Track and maintain accurate work order records

• Coordinate with the Engineering team for new equipment trials

• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment at all times
Requirements:

• College diploma preferred, with related trade certification

• Minimum five years of machine maintenance experience

• Experienced in hydraulic and fluid power systems

• Overhead Crane and Working at Heights certifications required

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems enhance qualifications
