Contrans Maintenance Group, our shop in Blenheim has an immediate opening for licensed 310T and 310J technicians (3 technicians), as well as apprentices (3 apprentices). We are a growing company and we want you to grow with us! If you're a hands‑on team player who doesn't mind getting your hands dirty, we encourage you to apply.

• Perform scheduled maintenance service, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
• Work in a safe and effective manner, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Install, dismantle, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractors, vans, and flatbed trailers.
• Identify and determine parts required for repair.
• Document all work, parts used, and completed inspection sheets.

• Hold a 310T license. Apprentices at level 2 and above are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to work.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills.
• Must own a personal set of tools.
• 1 year experience as a Truck and Trailer Mechanic or Apprentice.
• Ability to reliably commute to Blenheim, ON, or plan to relocate before starting work.
• 310J license is acceptable as an alternative.

• Boot allowance of up to $150 per year.
• Multiple shift options (days and afternoons) with shift premiums.
• Apprentice program:
  For apprentice students currently enrolled in a college program only. If you work 8 or more hours per week, Contrans Maintenance Group will compensate you for 30 hours per week (75% of a 40‑hour workweek) while in school.
