Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic Position

Join Clean Harbors as a Licensed Heavy Duty Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintaining our fleet. This full-time role offers a competitive wage and emphasizes workplace safety while performing essential repairs.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will handle repairs and preventative work on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and be a licensed Truck and Coach Technician. This role ensures compliance with safety practices through thorough inspections, routine maintenance, and effective communication regarding equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections and identify necessary repairs

• Complete routine maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment

• Troubleshoot and diagnostics on heavy-duty vehicles

• Carry out housekeeping duties and maintain documentation

• Communicate servicing needs to the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Licensed Truck and Coach Technician

• 3+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience

• Familiarity with hydraulic systems is a plus

• Class 5 Driver's License required

• Proficiency with (J Pro) diagnostic software
