Position: Water Damage Technician at On Side
Join On Side as a Water Damage Technician and be the key player in restoring safety and order during water emergencies. You’ll manage water removal, set up drying equipment, and help clients through one of their most trying times.

This role requires a hands-on technician with at least two years in restoration or demolition. You will tackle tasks like demolition of damaged structures and restoration after water-related incidents. With each action, you help people rebuild their spaces and regain comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition of affected structures and materials

• Set up and monitor drying equipment

• Clean and restore water-damaged areas

• Complete restoration tasks as needed

• Support emergency mitigation efforts proactively

Requirements:

• 2+ years in restoration, demolition, or related trades

• IICRC certification is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and detail-oriented

• Physically fit for lifting and tight spaces

• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
