Join Royal York Property Management as an experienced Plumber. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential plumbing issues independently and effectively while traveling between properties.
Royal York Property Management seeks reliable Plumbers to service residential properties across Ontario. In this independent position, you'll manage appointments using a mobile work app, complete repairs, and ensure the safety and protection of homes from water damage. You will be responsible for handling various plumbing problems, including leaks and fixture installations, while documenting your work accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete service calls and repairs within legal scope
• Repair leaks and plumbing fixtures as needed
• Test completed work for leaks before leaving
• Document findings and recommend follow-up work
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years professional plumbing experience
• Valid plumber trade status required
• Reliable vehicle for transportation between appointments
• Strong plumbing safety and leak control understanding
• Basic English communication skills
