Golding Homes is seeking a Gas Engineer to join our repairs team and play a key role in shaping our future while forging a great career.

You will carry out landlord gas safety inspections, breakdowns and fitting parts of domestic gas boilers. You may also assist the repairs team with plumbing works. These works will be undertaken on both occupied and unoccupied properties to ensure heating systems are compliant with legislation.

• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent and/or a minimum of NVQ level II.
• Relevant ACS including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR
  1.
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 and current Gas Safe Qualifications.
• Extensive experience working in repairs and servicing on gas heating boilers and systems.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with set targets.
• Current valid driving licence and DBS.

You will work a 40‑hour week, based in Maidstone and travel to properties in the surrounding area. This role offers a permanent position with real job security and the opportunity for overtime.
