• Basic Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 guaranteed per annum (tailored directly to experience).

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing modern factory and multi-make software to trace, isolate, and solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Quality Workmanship: Maintaining a clean Right First Time standard on all jobs to protect our outstanding local reputation.
• Technical Records: Keeping accurate inspection logs, fault reports, and repair documentation.

• Proven background as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic (independent garage or main dealer background welcome).
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent proven time-served experience).
• Strong fault-finding mindset and pride in quality repair work.
• Active MOT Tester licence is a strong bonus, but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence
