Ball-Chatham School District is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Titan Talent as a Substitute Student Supervisor! In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment during outdoor and indoor recess, ensuring students enjoy active play while learning cooperation and social skills.

Our Support Staff plays an essential role in keeping our schools safe, welcoming, and encouraging. As a Student Supervisor, you will make a direct impact by fostering a safe space where students can recharge, stay active, and build positive friendships.

• Attentive Supervision:
  Actively monitor playground and indoor recess spaces to ensure student safety.
• Fair Guidance:
  Encouragingly enforce school and playground rules with fairness, kindness, and consistency.
• Clear Communication:
  Communicate effectively with students, fellow staff, and school leadership.

• Pay Rate:
  Substitute Student Supervisors earn $15.00 per hour.
• Requirements:
  Candidates must maintain applicable qualifications, complete and submit the online application, and successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
