The Ball-Chatham School District is seeking dedicated substitutes to support our Paraprofessional staff vacancies and maintain positive, supportive learning environments. • Pay Rate:
  Substitute Paraprofessionals earn a standard rate of $16.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.00 per hour for long-term assignments.
• Licensure Requirements:
  Applicants must hold a valid state-issued Paraprofessional License or Substitute Teaching License.
• Candidates must maintain applicable qualifications, complete and submit the online application, and successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
