Ball-Chatham School District is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Titan Talent as Substitute Bus Monitors for the  school year. About the Role Substitute Bus Monitors assist regular bus drivers in ensuring the safe transport and well-being of students on an on-call, as-needed basis. Why Ball-Chatham? Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ years of age Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal and DCFS background check Special Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with students Ability to apply common sense understanding in carrying out instructions Ability to exercise appropriate disciplinary techniques Ability to be trained in and apply behavior modification techniques Ability to work as part of a team and serve as a role model for students Regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, and use hands Frequently required to assist physically challenged students To be considered for this position, you must:
