We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Engineer (DEX Architect) with deep experience in Control Up to design, implement, and optimize experience monitoring and remediation solutions for enterprise environments.
In this role, you will serve as a technical leader focused on Control Up architecture, experience analytics, and automation
, ensuring digital workplace environments are proactively monitored, optimized, and continuously improved. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate experience data into actionable insights that improve performance, reliability, and end‑user satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is both highly technical and customer‑facing
, with strong communication skills and the ability to operate at an architect level‑owning design decisions, guiding best practices, and driving measurable outcomes through Control Up‑based solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, EUC, DEX, or Desktop Engineering roles
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Control Up in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Control Up Real‑Time, Control Up Insights, and/or Control Up Edge DX
- Solid understanding of endpoint performance, user experience monitoring, and remediation concepts
- Advanced Power Shell scripting skills for automation and proactive issue resolution
- Experience supporting large‑scale environments with thousands of endpoints
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoint and VDI environments
- Expertise in Windows endpoint management
; macOS experience a plus - Experience with VDI platforms (Citrix and/or VMware)
- Ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable DEX architectures
- Experience integrating Control Up with modern endpoint management, ITSM, or automation platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Service Now, Remedy, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure fundamentals (networking, identity, security basics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable presenting technical findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders in an advisory capacity
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience with additional DEX platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Aternity)
- Familiarity with experience‑based metrics such as XLAs or user sentiment analysis
- Exposure to automation, self‑healing endpoints, or AI‑driven analytics
- Experience contributing to solution design, platform standardization, or transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
