Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Support the surgical team in cardiovascular procedures by preparing and maintaining a sterile environment
• Handle specialized instruments, equipment, and supplies required for open-heart surgeries
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Assist in preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient care

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist with strong cardiovascular experience
• Previous experience in a cardiovascular OR setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with both emergent and elective cardiac surgical procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced clinical environments
