Jacent is a leading impulse merchandising partner in North America, sourcing and supplying over 3,500 impulse items to more than 14,000 retail stores across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. With a data‑driven approach, we help retailers design and manage strategic merchandising programs.

Retail merchandisers work on the front lines in stores, placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel to maximize sales and customer experience.

• Grow and maintain relationships with in‑store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and ensure product placement is optimal.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J‑hooks.
• Implement plan‑o‑grams to guide product layout.

• Self‑starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and adaptable to new situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communicator capable of building relationships with business partners.
• Residency within 20 miles of Chatham, New Jersey.

• Ability to stand and walk 3–8 hours per shift.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.

• $18.00 per hour.
• Daytime hours and predictable schedule.
• 10–15 hours per week.
• Paid training.
