As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a Client Service Associate to join their dynamic team.
Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a banking and/or a financial services professional who thrives in a client‑facing, operationally critical environment. You will support one or more Financial Advisors by managing day‑to‑day service needs of clients, ensuring the highest standard of care in all interactions. This key position directly contributes to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the long‑term success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service & Relationship Management
:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries. Provide white‑glove service through proactive communication, problem resolution, and follow‑through. - Account Administration
:
Open and maintain brokerage, retirement, and trust accounts; process ACATs, wires, RMDs, distributions, and other transactions in coordination with contra parties. - Advisor Support
:
Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting materials for Financial Advisors; maintain client files and CRM records. - Team Coordination
:
Work closely with advisors, operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and timely execution of service deliverables. - Quality Control
:
Ensure all work adheres to compliance standards and is completed with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- 2+ years of client service experience within financial services, preferably in banking, private wealth, or an RIA/financial planning firm
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, ACT, Redtail, etc.), portfolio reporting tools, and MS Office Suite; experience with platforms like Smart Station or advisor gateway.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with a client‑first mindset.
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with sound judgment on when to escalate issues.
- Compensation range: $60,000 – $80,000, tailored to each candidate’s experience and qualifications.
