We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our plaintiff-side personal injury team. This is a hands‑on role supporting complex injury cases from discovery through trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys, manage critical deadlines, coordinate experts, and play a key role in securing successful outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage discovery, including interrogatories, notices to produce, depositions, and IMEs
  • Track trial schedules, coordinate client and expert availability, and manage deadlines
  • Retain and support experts, including IMEs, Affidavits of Merit, reports, and invoices
  • Handle liens, including Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare providers; verify payments and secure final liens at settlement
  • Request and obtain medical records and billing for cases in suit
  • Draft, serve, and manage discovery responses; handle motions, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Distribute and abstract deposition transcripts
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation (medical malpractice experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Attention to detail and proactive, problem‑solving mindset

Job Type: Full‑time in office

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000+

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held.
