• Perform high-quality automotive refinishing following OEM paint procedures and standards.
• Prep, prime, color match, and spray vehicles to factory-quality results.
• Operate and maintain paint booth and refinishing equipment.
• Work closely with technicians and estimators to ensure seamless repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Auto Body Painter with 1 to 3 years' experience — or motivated prepper with paint experience ready to grow.
• Strong understanding of OEM paint systems, color matching, and modern refinishing techniques (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• I-CAR or OEM paint certifications preferred (or willingness to achieve).
• Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
