RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY! Duties Include for RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) :
- Responsible for oversight of the facility and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintains nursing guidelines are appropriate
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents, families and employees.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
- Maintains resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among the interdisciplinary team
Requirements/
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ
- LTC experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Chatham, NJ
- 3PM-11PM and 11P-7A
