Revive Aesthetics & Wellness Institute , one of the Southeast's leading medical aesthetics practices, and Hair Benders Internationalé , a high-end salon with two locations and 65 team members — plus two affiliated real-estate entities. We're hiring one trusted person to own the financial backbone of all of it.

You'll own the full accounting cycle for two operating companies plus low-volume books for two real-estate LLCs:

• Revive (full scope): full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll tax filings, 1099/W-9 workflows, reconciliations, accounts payable and PO tracking, sales tax, personal property tax, monthly P&L, inventory monitoring, internal controls and loss prevention, CRM reconciliation.
• Hair Benders (full books — no POs, no inventory): full-cycle bookkeeping across two locations, payroll tax filings for a 65-person W-2 team, reconciliations, sales tax, personal property tax, monthly P&L. Purchasing and inventory are handled internally.
• Two affiliated LLCs (low volume): monthly reconciliations, a few hours a month.

• 8–10+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting-management experience, ideally multi-entity or multi-location
• Comfortable running high-volume, multi-company tax filings without hand-holding
• Genuinely fluent in payroll tax, sales tax, and 1099/W-9 work
• Owns month-end close and produces clean P&Ls independently, on schedule, across multiple sets of books
• Strong with accounting software and CRMs; picks up new systems fast
• Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-obsessed
• Wants a company with real standards — and wants to stay

Nice to have: healthcare, medical aesthetics, salon/service, retail, or property-management experience; an accounting degree (equivalent experience fully considered).
