Accounts Payable Specialists

Our team is actively seeking experienced Accounts Payable Specialists for ongoing contract, contract-to-permanent, and project-based opportunities with clients across a variety of industries. These roles are ideal for professionals who bring strong accounts payable experience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in different environments and accounting systems.

We are looking for candidates with experience handling full-cycle accounts payable functions, supporting high-volume invoice processing, vendor relationships, and payment operations. Opportunities may be available with organizations ranging from small and midsize businesses to larger, more complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match, batch, and code invoices in accordance with company procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and other payment methods.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with new vendor setup.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Support month-end close activities, including accounts payable reconciliations and accruals.
• Assist with audit support, reporting, and special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting procedures.
