What You Will Be Doing- Creating and issuing invoices to customers
- Auditing incoming invoices and documentation from carriers
- Processing credit memos
- Following up on missing documentation and unbilled orders
- Researching and resolving invoicing issues
- Answering the phone and responding to carrier payment inquiries
- High School diploma
- Previous experience as a billing specialist or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with McLeod or EPay is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
