Billing Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating and issuing invoices to customers
• Auditing incoming invoices and documentation from carriers
• Processing credit memos
• Following up on missing documentation and unbilled orders
• Researching and resolving invoicing issues
• Answering the phone and responding to carrier payment inquires

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Previous experience as a billing specialist or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with McLeod or EPay is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
