McMichael and Gray P.C. is seeking a Receptionist/Post Closer to join our team in a fast-paced real estate practice. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, professional, and maintain a positive demeanor while handling front-desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities include greeting clients, screening calls, managing mail and deliveries, and supporting with copying, scanning, and general office tasks. Experience with Soft Pro Select is a plus and excellent communication is required.
