We are looking for a dependable Document Controller to support high-volume document handling and mail processing operations in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who excels in a structured environment, values precision, and can maintain consistent quality while working with repetitive production tasks. The role requires close attention to detail, steady focus, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure documents are processed and prepared accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Run automated equipment used to prepare and insert documents into outgoing envelopes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Observe machine activity and address routine issues to keep production moving efficiently and correctly.
• Use on-screen system information to confirm processing details and support accurate document handling.
• Check that each document set is paired with the proper envelope before materials move through the production line.
• Perform ongoing quality reviews during processing to identify errors and maintain strict accuracy standards.
• Sort completed mailings into the appropriate trays and prepare them for downstream distribution or shipment.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety expectations, production procedures, and quality control guidelines.
