We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and data-entry support to both the Human Resources and Accounting departments.
This position will assist the HR and Accounting departments, providing accounting support, data entry, document management, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, comfortable working with confidential information, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Track required forms and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounting team.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative accounting tasks.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and bring them to the appropriate team member's attention.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems.
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain company records and databases.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, forms, and other documents.
- Organize electronic and physical files.
- Assist with document scanning, filing, and record retention.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong data-entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Quickbooks is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and working in multiple computer systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Previous HR, payroll, or accounting experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented team player who enjoys administrative work and takes pride in accuracy. This person should be comfortable working with numbers, data, documents, and computer systems and should have the ability to catch errors and follow through when information is incomplete.
The position is designed to provide dependable administrative support across both HR and Accounting, allowing those teams to operate efficiently and keep records accurate and up to date.
