A Quick Lube Technician performs essential vehicle maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), fluid checks (coolant, brake, power steering, transmission), and tire services (pressure, rotation) while conducting multi-point inspections, identifying other needed repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating findings and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

• Oil Changes:
  Drain old oil, replace oil filters, and refill with correct oil type/amount.
• Fluid Maintenance:
  Check, top off, and/or replace fluids like coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
• Filter Services:
  Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters.
• Tire Services:
  Check tire pressure, add air, rotate tires, and inspect for wear.
• Inspections:
  Perform multi-point inspections, checking for leaks, worn parts, and other issues.
• Customer Service:
  Communicate findings to customers or service advisors, recommend additional services, and provide a positive experience.
• Maintenance:
  Lubricate chassis/moving parts, replace wiper blades, and keep work area clean and safe.

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.
