Christian Brothers Automotive Hixson is seeking to welcome experienced A‑Level and B‑Level Automotive Technicians/Mechanics to a growing team dedicated to serving neighbors through honest, high‑quality automotive care. • Use your knowledge and skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
  
  Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests alongside a great team of techs
• 3‑5+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE certifications preferred, but not required
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing many makes/models of vehicles
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for growth and long‑term career development

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
