Furrow Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager to join one of our high-performing Chattanooga-area dealerships. This is a leadership opportunity for a driven professional who excels at closing deals, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Structure and finalize vehicle deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Present and sell finance and insurance products in compliance with regulations
- Work directly with customers to secure financing and explain protection options
- Ensure deals are structured accurately and submitted properly
- Monitor sales metrics, gross profit, and department performance
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and federal/state regulations
- Help create a positive, professional showroom environment
- Automotive Sales Manager or F&I Manager experience required
- Proven track record of strong closing performance and leadership ability
- Knowledge of dealership sales processes and finance operations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
