The Role:

Precision & Execution
  • Diagnostics & Inspection:
    Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions, using advanced testing techniques.
  • System Testing:
    Test drive vehicles and rigorously evaluate components and systems to ensure peak performance.
  • Ongoing Repair & Service:
    Perform both routine, scheduled maintenance and complex repairs across our truck fleet.
  • Performance Tuning:
    Test and adjust repaired systems to guarantee they meet strict manufacturer specifications.
  • Driver Consultation:
    Communicate directly with drivers to gather accurate descriptions of vehicle issues and symptoms.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure every fleet vehicle complies with all safety, DOT, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Shop Excellence:
    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop workspace and surrounding areas.
