Precision & Execution
- Diagnostics & Inspection:
Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions, using advanced testing techniques. - System Testing:
Test drive vehicles and rigorously evaluate components and systems to ensure peak performance. - Ongoing Repair & Service:
Perform both routine, scheduled maintenance and complex repairs across our truck fleet. - Performance Tuning:
Test and adjust repaired systems to guarantee they meet strict manufacturer specifications. - Driver Consultation:
Communicate directly with drivers to gather accurate descriptions of vehicle issues and symptoms. - Compliance & Safety:
Ensure every fleet vehicle complies with all safety, DOT, and OSHA guidelines. - Shop Excellence:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop workspace and surrounding areas.
- Thrives on Problem Solving:
Has a strong mechanical aptitude and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex truck systems. - Demands Excellence:
