Provide safe and efficient tire and battery service in both the sales and service areas of the department, collaborating with team members to fulfill member requests and educate others.;
Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, product specifications, and Point of Sale systems; apply these to service and selling activities.;
Utilize handheld technology and digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and train or mentor other technicians as needed.;
Operate cash registers and process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and complete required documentation and paperwork in accordance with policies.;
Be a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality customer service and fostering a team-oriented, respectful, inclusive work environment..
