• Prepare and present recommendations, including supporting financial and business analysis of reimbursement methodologies
• Design and develop implementation work plans to support reimbursement initiatives
• Develop financial models to analyze the impact of reimbursement methodologies on the organization
• Create configuration guidelines for system setups related to project assignments
• Maintain institutional fee schedule databases

• BS or BA Degree required, preferably in business, mathematics, accounting, statistics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience in healthcare reimbursement, provider contracting, or managed care analytics
• Detail-oriented with a passion for solving complex problems
• Proven project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
