Seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Operations & Growth Coordinator to join a team. This high-impact role partners closely with the President and Regional Managing Directors to support executive operations, advance strategic initiatives, lead Producer recruitment efforts, and drive organizational accountability. - Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Onsite with flexibility; hybrid or remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates located near Chattanooga or Atlanta.
- Partner with the President and Regional Managing Directors to advance strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
- Attend leadership meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Drive accountability for strategic initiatives by tracking commitments and facilitating follow-up discussions.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Lead and coordinate Producer recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams.
- Develop and execute outreach and engagement initiatives to attract and retain high-performing Producers.
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate experience, ensuring a professional and consistent process.
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics.
- Facilitate leadership communications, meeting agendas, and organizational workflows.
- Manage executive priorities, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and external partners.
- Proven ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Previous experience supporting executive leadership in business operations, project coordination, or strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and Producer recruiting practices.
- Experience coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel, and business communications.
