As our billing department expands to support our preferred carriers, we’re excited to welcome a motivated intern to the team! This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and contribute to one of the most critical functions of our business.

Position Summary:

The Preferred Carrier – Quick Pay Intern supports the Carrier Pay team by assisting with the daily management of the Quick Pay program. This role is responsible for processing carrier documents, verifying payment information, communicating with carriers, and helping ensure all Quick Pay transactions are handled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn logistics operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to carrier inquiries in the Quick Pay inbox, escalating issues as needed.
  • Audit Proof of Delivery (PODs) and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Request missing documents from carriers or internal teams to ensure timely processing.
  • Verify and enter ACH banking information into the system for payment setup, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payments according to Quick Pay terms and deadlines.
  • Assist carriers in understanding Quick Pay eligibility and payment timelines.
  • Help onboard new carriers into the Quick Pay program by explaining requirements and guiding paperwork completion.
  • Conduct outreach to recruit new carriers into the Quick Pay program and collaborate with logistics teams.

Qualifications:

  • Prior office experience or familiarity with billing or logistics systems is a plus
