As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of contracted services to our customers. You will oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

The Contract Manager works closely with customer contacts involved in daily maintenance and production operations. This role requires a hands‑on, engaged leader who builds strong relationships, identifies potential issues before they become problems, and delivers timely solutions. By leading and developing the team each day and continuously looking for ways to improve operations, you will help ensure our customers can focus on their core business with confidence in the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of contracted services.
  • Maintain strong daily relationships with customer contacts and operational stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Engage, motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and implement timely, effective solutions.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to established processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable safety standards.
  • Prioritize work, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Experience in an automotive paint shop, industrial process cleaning, janitorial services, or a similar industrial services environment preferred.
  • Experience managing teams in a customer‑facing contract services environment is a plus.
