We're seeking an Analyst, Profitable Growth Management to join our Category Management & Procurement team. This highly analytical role will help shape pricing strategy, promotional planning, product assortment, and revenue optimization by transforming data into actionable business insights. • Support the development and execution of promotional events designed to increase revenue and profitability.
• Forecast promotional ROI, including projected sales, gross profit, and margin impact.
• Partner with Category Managers to develop and evaluate promotional "test and learn" initiatives.
• Perform post-event analyses measuring sales lift, incremental margin, halo effects, and overall promotional effectiveness.
• Identify gaps between forecasted and actual performance to improve future promotional planning.
• Monitor promotional spending and develop investment guidelines that maximize return while supporting company objectives.
• Analyze pricing elasticity, margin performance, geographic trends, and channel dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize pricing strategies while balancing customer value and profitability.
• Develop pricing models based on customer segmentation, geography, competitive conditions, and product mix.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to recommend optimal pricing by product, market, and customer segment.
• Maintain accurate pricing and revenue data across company systems.
• Support annual pricing strategies based on cost trends and market conditions.
• Partner with IT and Business Intelligence teams to improve pricing tools, reporting, and automation.
• Evaluate product performance across vending and micro-market channels.
• Analyze assortment decisions to improve revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen product mix by removing underperforming items and expanding high-growth categories.
• Support Category Managers with data-driven recommendations for new products, assortment changes, and promotional priorities.

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting focused on profitable growth initiatives.
• Create recurring executive-level reports highlighting pricing, promotions, trade investments, and margin performance.
• Produce ad hoc analyses and presentations supporting strategic decision-making.
• Combine internal sales data with external market intelligence to deliver actionable business recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field required.

• Two or more years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, FP&A, Pricing Analytics, Trade Analytics, Category Analytics, or a similar analytical role preferred.
• Experience with in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food service, retail, vending, or micro-market environments is highly desirable.
• Experience with promotional analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large data set manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with syndicated data platforms such as Circana, NIQ, SPINS, or similar tools is a plus.
