Part-Time Client Service & Operations Assistant

Hybrid | Chattanooga, TN | $23/hour + Growth Bonus

George Wealth Management is looking for a dependable, thoughtful, and resourceful person to join our team approximately 25 hours per week.

This is not a sales position, and we are looking for more than someone who simply checks tasks off a list.

We want someone who takes ownership of the outcome.

The position includes client communication, scheduling, paperwork, CRM/workflow management, meeting preparation, account-service follow-up, and general operational support.

Experience with Redtail, NetX
360, Albridge, Advice Pay, My Rep Chat , Microsoft Office, or financial services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Compensation: $23/hour, approximately 25 hours per week, plus an opportunity to participate in a team growth bonus tied to growth in George Wealth Management's annual production, subject to performance and applicable requirements.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with time both remotely and in our downtown Chattanooga office, plus paid parking reimbursement.
