Join our Stability Services team at Partnership that helps young adults, children and families with a variety of needs in the community! This is a part‑time role working an average of 24 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social services or related field OR equivalent years of experience in the field of work relevant to role of at least 5 years.
  • 2 yr. experience in a social work/human services setting required
  • 2 yrs. of previous case mgmt. experience required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to organize own time effectively
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong project mgmt. skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Prior experience with electronic case mgmt. file maintenance
  • Ability to maintain and create professional rapport with outside agencies such as CPS, police departments, schools, etc.
  • Ability to attend Camp Hope for 1 week in the summer
  • Ability to coordinate with supervision to provide crisis intervention and education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with young adults and youths
  • Experience with domestic violence and survivors
  • Knowledge of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) assessments and positive childhood experiences
  • Broad awareness of community resources and options for referrals
  • Certifications or training in topics related to childhood health, well being, healthy relationships, trauma, hope, and positive childhood experiences
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
Job Summary

Under general supervision of the HOPE Initiative Program Manager, the HOPE Case Manager (HCM) provides case management and advocacy to children and youth who have experienced trauma due to violence. The HCM will be responsible for communicating with enrolled youth and their families/caregivers, making resource referrals as necessary to other internal or external partner programs, tracking all communications and referrals in case files, and providing regular updates to Program Manager.

The HOPE Initiative includes Camp HOPE Chattanooga, an affiliate of Camp HOPE America. The HCM will support the development and delivery of Camp HOPE programming for youth and their families, including attendance at monthly events and summer camp. Camp HOPE is a year‑round program providing holistic support and engagement for children, teens, and their families who have experienced trauma due to violence;

our goal is to end the generational cycle of violence and to help children dream of a brighter future, find hope, and create new pathways to reach their goals. HOPE programming includes four events, called Pathways, and a one‑week sleep‑away camp each summer.
