Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating project costs on-site. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and other project team members to develop accurate and timely cost estimates. Your work will play a key role in supporting effective project planning and delivery, ensuring cost information is clear, reliable, and aligned with project requirements.

• Prepare and deliver accurate on-site cost estimates for construction projects
• Work closely with project managers and internal team members to support estimating activities
• Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate project costs
• Utilize estimating software effectively to develop and manage estimates
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy in all cost-related outputs

• Proven experience as an estimator within the construction industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Solid knowledge of construction materials and construction methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
