Job Details

3+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience
Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, or large residential construction projects
Proficiency with Procore
Experience managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Knowledge of billing processes, lien waivers, subcontract agreements, and construction documentation
Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work onsite in the Chattanooga, TN office and support local project operations
