Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

• 3+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience
• Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, or large residential construction projects
• Proficiency with Procore
• Experience managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Knowledge of billing processes, lien waivers, subcontract agreements, and construction documentation
• Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in the Chattanooga, TN office and support local project operations
