Job ResponsibilitiesLead a high‑profile multifamily community from site startup through turnover.
Qualifications- 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Experience serving as Lead Superintendent on ground‑up multifamily projects
- Recent experience with Type V wood‑frame garden‑style apartment communities
- Experience managing phased construction schedules and turnover sequencing
- Proven track record overseeing large multifamily developments with multiple buildings and significant unit counts
- Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety management experience
- Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology
- Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Chattanooga market
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year.
