• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Experience serving as Lead Superintendent on ground‑up multifamily projects
• Recent experience with Type V wood‑frame garden‑style apartment communities
• Experience managing phased construction schedules and turnover sequencing
• Proven track record overseeing large multifamily developments with multiple buildings and significant unit counts
• Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety management experience
• Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology
• Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Chattanooga market

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year.
