Our client is an established construction and development organization expanding its multifamily construction operations throughout the Southeast. This company has built a strong reputation for quality project execution and long-term client relationships and is now investing heavily in the growth of its multifamily platform. The team is focused on delivering large-scale residential communities while maintaining a culture centered around accountability, communication, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Experience serving as Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
• Recent experience with Type V wood-frame garden-style apartment communities
• Experience managing phased construction schedules and turnover sequencing
• Proven track record overseeing large multifamily developments with multiple buildings and significant unit counts
• Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety management experience
• Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology
• Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Chattanooga market
