- 3+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience
- Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, or large residential construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore
- Experience managing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Knowledge of billing processes, lien waivers, subcontract agreements, and construction documentation
- Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite in the Chattanooga, TN office and support local project operations
