Construction Project Manager

A rapidly growing, well-capitalized general contractor is expanding its renewable energy platform and hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar power plant construction projects
.

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving execution from preconstruction through closeout on large-scale solar builds.

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale solar construction projects
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance
• Partner with superintendents to drive field execution, safety, and quality
• Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating support, planning, and logistics
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Required: Experience managing solar power plant construction projects
• Strong background working for a GC or EPC contractor
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
