Construction Project Administrator

Join a growing multifamily construction team where you'll play a critical role supporting project execution, financial controls, and field operations on high-profile residential developments.

Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year.

The role involves supporting project execution, financial controls, and field operations for multifamily developments.

• Support project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
• Assist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain records of billing processes, lien waivers, subcontract agreements, and construction documentation.
• Work onsite in the Chattanooga, TN office and support local project operations.

• 3+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting multifamily, commercial, or large residential construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Exposure to all phases of multifamily construction project delivery.
