As a Project Manager, you'll be the boots on the ground—managing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with top-tier quality and safety standards. This is a hands‑on position best suited for individuals who thrive in the field and are passionate about learning the full scope of construction management.

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop project timelines, milestones, and schedules.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Use project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

Budgeting & Cost Control

Estimate costs and prepare budgets.

Manage procurement and track expenses.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

Team Coordination

Lead project teams, including site supervisors and contractors.

Ensure all stakeholders communicate effectively.

Quality & Safety Management

Enforce safety regulations and building codes.

Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Resolve conflicts or delays on site.

Reporting & Documentation

Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.

Maintain accurate project documentation and change orders
